How might we enhance the digital shopping experience for a premium beauty and fragrance retailer while increasing user engagement and conversions? We led the UX strategy, research, and product design for Klinq’s eCommerce platform, reimagining the customer journey from discovery to checkout. Through user research, competitive benchmarking, information architecture, wireframing, and high fidelity UI design, we created an intuitive shopping experience that simplifies product discovery, strengthens brand engagement, and drives online sales.
